the easter bunny is on his way

a (very) little sneak peek for everyone

The Easter Bunny left my humble abode in Los Angeles on Saturday morning, making his way north to Ontario, Canada and my Easter Spoolie Swap partner, Jill.  Please keep your fingers crossed that the dear folks in Customs are in fine spirits upon his arrival there and do not delay the last leg of his journey.

Thanks for being my first ever swap partner, Jill!

  2. How exciting to be going to another country-even if it's just your spoolie. Thanks for your sweet comments about the christening dress. I agree-I wish I could do that for a living. It's like being a sleuth and getting to solve the mystery. I am so hooked. Now I have to get back to my own family history!Have a fun week!

    1. Hi Leslie!
Yes! It's such fun to have a partner from another country.

I was smiling while reading your post - after paying for Ancestry.com "monthly" for more than two years, like a complete idiot and insane woman, I chose the six month membership this time. Somehow I don't think I'll ever leave them ahhahhahahaha. Talk about addicting, huh?!
      Enjoy your search! xo

Thanks so much for visiting and commenting! Which swap are you participating in? The one Sandy (521 Lake St) is hosting or another one?
Coming over to say hello on your blog :)

    1. Hi Carolynn!
I had to ramp it into high gear since my partner and I are in different countries. The post office told me it should take two weeks to get there I also read online my package could have a slumber party teehee at Customs for a whole week ACK! Otherwise I would still be working away myself. YES! See's - a gift from California must include some See's. Oh! When I saw Joyce was your partner, I thought that was the most perfect thing ever, you are both so talented, sweet and dear. Can't wait to your trades.
Isn't this fun, our first swaps?!
      Happy St Patty's to you!
      Sally xo
